Refund Policy
Event Tickets
We put a great deal of care into every Chicago Afternoon Tea Society event, and we appreciate your support in making them possible. To ensure we can continue producing exceptional experiences, all ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for tickets under any circumstance except a full event cancellation by Chicago Afternoon Tea Society.
Can’t make it? Transfer your ticket.
All tickets are transferable to another guest at no charge. Simply email us at chiafternoonteasociety@gmail.com with the following at least 24 hours before the event:

Your name and order number

The name and email address of the guest you are transferring to
We will update the registration and confirm the transfer to both parties.
Event Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that Chicago Afternoon Tea Society must cancel an event, all ticketed guests will receive a full refund within 10 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as a cancellation decision is made.
Tea & Product Orders
All product sales are final. Because our teas and goods are consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Email chiafternoonteasociety@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
